Pineapple, Pineapple, Pineapple…

As of today, Monday, April 16, 2018, Justin and I will be starting Beachbody’s 80 Day Obsession for the third time… Yup, I said the third time. The first time we attempted this program we missed four days in a row. Reasons? Well, excuses mostly. The second time I ended up with a stomach bug over the weekend and missed a couple days. So, we’ve decided to start over. This time sticking to the Beachbody meal plan and less treat days. As we go into phase 1, we will have a challenging schedule. We take a spin class every Monday at our gym and we are supposed to run every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. With an 8k coming up later this month, it might be a good idea for me to take running and working out seriously. I’m excited to get back into a routine, it’s just what we need right now. We decided we will start running our dog Luna as she has been putting on some weight that she will need to lose as well. So, no excuses this time… No yelling “pineapples” and giving up… Every week I will post an update on if we can stick to our workout schedule and eat right throughout the 80 days.
