The Next Page in Our Story...

Day 4 It's 3 am and my alarm is going off, time to get up and get ready for our 10k. We decided to take the day off from the parks. After the race, we went to Earl of Sandwich before heading to the shops at Downtown Disney. I got my Hawaiian BBQ sandwich, which I only ever eat when we go to Disney. We headed out to the shops. The day before, Disney released their limited edition Holiday Dooney and Bourke. I completely forgot about the release and missed it... so, I was very excited when I walked into Disney's Vault 28 and saw the bag hanging on the wall. I immediately looked for the one with the best placement on the print. Not only did I get one, but so did my mom. So, my day had started off great. I finished my first ever 10k and found the bag I thought I missed out on. After my purchase, we headed to the World of Disney to pick up all of the gifts for our family members and friends back home. After some serious shopping, my tummy started growling. So, we headed back to the hotel to drop everything off before we headed over to Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar to grab some food. I enjoyed the HippopotoMai-Tai and the Big Island Flatbread. Just the perfect relaxing snack. After we ate, we headed back to Downtown Disney to finish off our shopping. We met up with my parents before heading to dinner at Goofy's Kitchen. The selection of food at the buffet was incredible. I think I tried just about everything, which clearly my eyes are much larger than my stomach. I always love characters Dining's, getting to eat delicious food while meeting all your favorite characters. We met Goofy(obviously), Minnie Mouse, Pluto and Chip and Dale. After dinner we went back to the hotel to change into our swim suites, and it was time to hit the pool! We spent a little bit of time in the pool, but enjoyed the hot tub a bit more. Back to the room to get so sleep in before the big race.
